Sizing

At Patch & Brine we want you to be happy with your purchase and we understand buying online can be fraught with danger with so many interpretations of sizing.

So we have included a size chart for you on our site. Please check this before buying as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or choosing the wrong size. 

If there is something wrong with our product we apologise in advance so please email us at info@patchandbrine.com.au to further discuss a possible yet not guaranteed exchange.

Defect product

We don’t expect any issues with your product(s) as all items are individually checked prior to delivery by our team!

However in the unlikely and disappointing event a concern does arise, please ensure you let our customer service team know within 14 days of your purchase via email at info@patchandbrine.com.au and please include a copy of your receipt and order number. 

Patch and Brine reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

If a return is accepted we will only accept an exchange if the product  is in absolute perfect condition and is:

  • Unworn and unwashed 

  • No makeup, deodorant marks or perfume fragrance

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery date

  • Patch and Brine is not responsible for lost or stolen returns therefore it is essential you consider returning your item with a registered postal service as we cannot process exchanges without receiving the initial product

  • Orders placed at RRP or prior to a store sale are not negotiable for the percentage difference to be refunded.

  • All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
